Daehangno Batting Cages
Baseball
Baseball may not be the first thing people think of when they hear, "Daehangno". And that is for good reason: the batting cages in Daehangno are not the main draw---if you can call them a draw at all. But if you are looking for a place to take a few whacks at some baseballs in northeast Seoul, look no further. Go to Daehangno and swing away.
The Scouting Report
The setup here is fairly typical of what is found in Seoul. It is a small platform (the batters' boxes), that sits on top of a small parking lot. The "infield" consists of netting that protects the cars below and the buildings to the sides.
Essential Information
There are various arcade games in the lounge.
Daehangno is a lively neighborhood. It is an interesting place to walk around. A short trek up nearby Naksan Park provides great vistas of Seoul.
