Yanghwa Hangang Park
Yanghwa Hangang Park is a perfect place to scratch any boating itch you may have. Granted, the Han River doesn't have the cleanest water in the world. The boats don't mind, though. So neither should you.
The Scouting Report
The boating options found at Yanghwa Hangang Park are pretty similar to the options that can be found at other parks along the Han River. One benefit of boating around this area is the proximity to scenic Seonyudo, an island not far away.
It's the Han River. Does anything else need to be said? Don't expect some crystal clear mountain stream. Expect water that runs through the middle of one of the biggest cities in the world.

Nearby Things to Do
You're at the Han River. Jump in!
If you're opposed to that for whatever reason, there is a small restaurant/cafe on the boat dock.
