Unjeong Lake Park
Unjeong is a very newly built city about an hour west of Seoul that has an absolutely gorgeous park in the middle of it. This park, Unjeong Lake Park, has a short bicycle path that loops around its picturesque lake.
The Scouting Report
Unjeong Lake Park's bicycle path is the perfect place for a short riding session with a fellow rider. It is a scenic 2.8 kilometer loop that is pretty much completely flat. In the middle of the loop is a well-maintained lake and marshland. This loop is also well connected to other paths through the neighborhood, allowing for longer bike rides when that 2.8 kilometer loop starts to get a little repetitive.

Well-paved path the entire way. Yay.
Let's put it this way: If you struggle on this path, you should probably still be using training wheels.
1 loop = 2.8 kilometers = 7 minutes
There aren't too many routes available here. The park is best enjoyed leisurely so don't be scared to venture off the bicycle path and see the sights. Look around. Explore. It's not a bad place.
Unjeong Lake Park is actually only one park that is part of a very well-connected network of parks in the area. As mentioned above, don't be scared to venture out of the park. There are plenty of other good rides in this area.
